Bill Hardman of Lisbon moves the chain and pulley system that helps lift the plows to be connected to the Iowa Department of Transportation trucks at the garages in Cedar Rapids on Friday, November 30, 2007. The crews prepared for today's impending storms by filling the trucks with salt and brine. The I-Dot crew plows highway 30, 151 and I-380.
